Our Wedding

We're getting married Saturday August 5, 2017 at Prairie Production (1314 W. Randolph St.) in Chicago, IL. The ceremony starts at 5:30 p.m. -- make sure to leave enough time for Chicago traffic! The ceremony will be followed by cocktails, dinner and dancing. Dress code is semi-formal.

Please note that although we love your children, we are not able to accommodate them due to space restrictions at the venue.

Dinner Menu

Three entree options will be available for dinner. Please indicate your selection on your RSVP card, as well as any food allergies or intolerances. We've tried all three options and are confident in saying that you can't go wrong with any of them!

  • Braised Chicken Thighs with Rosemary Wild Mushroom Ragout, Grilled Polenta and Garlic Swiss Chard
  • Barolo Braised Short Rib with Green Peppercorn Demi Glace, Crispy Onion Stack, Garlic Crisped Tri-Color Fingerling Potatoes and Asparagus Custard
  • Carnaroli Risotto with Golden Beets, Toasted Hazelnut, Grana Padano and Preserved Lemon
